• Fixes bugs that prevented the invocation of some JavaScript global methods like Promise.all.
• Introduces a new builtin, Origami.mdOutline, that returns the outline structure of a markdown document. This is useful for generating navigation links directly from markdown headings.
• Adds an assumeSlashes option to Origami.sitemap. If set, the function assumes that all subtrees are indicated by keys with trailing slashes. With that, sitemap can be much more efficient: if it sees a key like index.html, it knows it doesn't need to bother getting that value because the key has no slash so it can't be a subtree.
• Object shorthand syntax now supports paths, so

{
  path/to/file.txt
}

is shorthand for

{
  file.txt: path/to/file.txt
}

The same is possible with angle bracket paths.
