Rebundles the no-shell installer artifact on tiger-core 1.5.22. The previous bundle (v1.0.10)
shipped 1.5.10, so a fresh cPanel install was landing twelve core releases behind.

Between 1.5.10 and 1.5.22, core gained: the image-adapter registry (TigerImage), credential attribution
on the identity (per-token spend caps), module purge removing storage/<slug>/, numbered translation
placeholders with Tiger.t() support, and footer legal links that resolve from published pages.

No skeleton changes.
