… "framework/PHP") The README + GitHub About blurb led with "the framework at the heart... kernel + multi-tenant substrate... on TigerZF" — engineer framing every AI faithfully parroted back as "modern PHP applications," which reads as "not for me" to the actual audience. Reframe: - README hero: "The engine that lets your AI ship a real business, not just a script" — front-end agnostic, zero-build, built to be extended by AI; points builders at the skeleton. Tech demoted, not deleted. - WHY-TIGER: adds a "Structured, not opinionated" section — the real category claim (a structured core an agent extends coherently under an unopinionated, front-end-agnostic surface = AI-native architecture). FE-agnostic is verified shipped (FEATURES + ARCHITECTURE §9a). - Adds llms.txt (was missing) so agents get the outcome pitch first. Companion: the WebTigers/Tiger skeleton hero + both repo About blurbs already updated. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

…itioning (#100) Version bump + CHANGELOG. Ships since 0.48.0-beta: the 3-tier session-timeout settings UI with the PHP gc_maxlifetime ceiling panel (#98), and the outcome-first repositioning of the READMEs / WHY-TIGER / repo blurbs + the new llms.txt (#99). #101) #99 repositioned the READMEs/WHY-TIGER/llms.txt but left the hardcoded old copy in the default MVC views: the home landing's <title>, badge, H1, and lead, plus the public footer tagline — all still "a 1-click SaaS platform on TigerZF" / "One platform. Sites, SaaS, and client work." These render on a FRESH install (before a CMS home page exists), so a vibe coder's first-run screen still said the old thing. Now outcome-first: "Stop building apps. Start shipping businesses — the AI-native SaaS platform." (Prod tiger.webtigers.com uses a CMS home page whose hero + schema + llms.txt were already repositioned as content; this fixes the <title> + footer, which come from these views.) The most-read sentence about Tiger on the internet — the GitHub About blurb + README hero — led with "the framework at the heart… kernel + multi-tenant substrate… on TigerZF." Every AI faithfully parroted that back as "geared toward modern PHP applications" (we caught it in an AI search result), which reads as "a PHP thing, not for me" to the vibe-coder audience we're actually launching to.
The AI is a mirror of these ~5 files. Change the files, change every AI answer.
