Image generation in the provider layer. The foundation for TigerImage — no behaviour change for an install that does not use it.

Tiger_Agent_Provider_ImageAdapter is a sibling interface implemented only by adapters that can draw, so can this adapter generate an image? is an instanceof rather than a method every text-only adapter has to stub.

Factory::supportsImageGeneration() mirrors supportsVision() and is deliberately independent of it — gpt-4o sees and cannot draw, gpt-image-1 draws and is not a chat model. canGenerateImages() asks both halves.

OpenAI and Gemini implement it. Verified against the live OpenAI API, not only against stubs.
