Numbered placeholders, so translators can reorder — and footer legal links that find their own pages.

Changed

  • Strings that take two or more arguments now use numbered placeholders (%1$s, %2$d), so a
translator can reorder them. The whole tree was sequential %s — 389 occurrences, zero numbered —
which locks every language into English word order. Single-argument strings (255) are untouched.
Nine keys across cms, schedule and system, in every locale.

  • Tiger.t() fills numbered placeholders, and %% as a literal percent — matching PHP's sprintf,
which $this->t() already used server-side. Strictly additive.

  • Footer legal links no longer depend on a config key somebody remembers to set. Publish a page at
privacy or terms and the footer links it; publish nothing and nothing renders. The explicit
tiger.footer.*_url keys still override. New Tiger_View_Helper_LegalLinks.

Added

  • tests/Unit/I18n/PlaceholderTest — fails the build on an unnumbered multi-placeholder string, on
numbering with gaps, and on a locale whose placeholder set differs from English.
  • tests/js/tiger.i18n.test.js and a javascript CI job — the first tests for Tiger.t().

2304 PHP tests, 12 JS tests.
