• setup_composer now writes Composer auth for Gravity Forms' official repository. Gated on
  PLUGIN_GF_KEY + PLUGIN_GF_SITE_URL, mirroring the existing ACF Pro pair. Without it a project
  on the composer.gravity.io repository fails composer install on every fresh setup.
• Consumer migration: add PLUGIN_GF_SITE_URL to the project's .env, its 1Password item, and
  its CI variables. The value is the license key's site URL — it must carry a scheme
  (https://example.com); a bare host is rejected with HTTP 402.
