Learn about vigilant mode. 
- Add basic version control - the code is switched out during evaluation and replaced with the original code while weco is running. User is prompted at the end of a run to ask if they'd like to override the existing code with the best solution
- Add --apply-change flag that will apply them automatically
- Fix bug in resume where resp_resp might not be set in the finally block
