The legacy Windows package is 32-bit and compiled on Windows XP using an older version of OCaml that does not confer Unicode support. It should therefore be compatible with Infinity Animations, and any other mod that relies on file names not being interpreted in Unicode. The other Windows package is 64-bit and has Unicode support.
