🧯 Simple Thermostat v4.0.13

This patch fixes a v4 layout regression reported by a user upgrading an existing v3-style card with extra sensor rows and dual heat/cool setpoints.

🔧 Fixed

• Legacy sensors: labels now import correctly instead of falling back to long Home Assistant friendly names.
• Legacy show: false rows now stay hidden after import.
• Imported version: 3 cards keep the old vertical up/down setpoint controls unless layout.step is explicitly configured.
• Entity rows now reserve enough room when a climate entity shows both low and high setpoints.
