Security release covering several parser denial-of-service and XML injection advisories. Regenerates THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md so the license gate stays in sync with the dependency tree. Replaces the Dependabot pull request, whose generated commit header exceeded the 72 character limit enforced by the compliance workflow.
