Initial catalog with eight commit-pinned Agent Skills.

  • Each entry includes license evidence, basic risk hints, and a committed static report.
  • Reports combine the Agent Skills reference parser, skill-validator v1.6.0 structure checks, and the DSH profile.
  • The installer uses sparse checkout, rejects existing destinations and symlinks, and writes a provenance lock file.

Warnings remain visible in the catalog; this release does not treat static validation as a security audit.
