Microphone Effects v1.1.0

Adds independent compressor threshold and ratio controls, piano-based auto-tune note latching, editable user presets, a movable boost limiter, and a more compact control panel. The limiter defaults to the end of the chain and supports boost, ceiling, and release controls. Existing settings and presets migrate with backward-compatible defaults.
