Cryptic 0.87.0 (Minecraft 26.2)

Cryptic 0.87.0 for Minecraft 26.2 (Fabric Loader 0.19.5+, Java 25, Fabric API and Fabric Language Kotlin).

Drop cryptic-0.87.0-26.2.jar into your mods folder and remove any older Cryptic jar, or let Update Checker install it if you have automatic updates on. Your settings carry over, including through the renames and merges below.

This is the biggest update so far: everything since 0.34.1, with 21 new modules.

Before you start

• Client Restrictions (Settings) is new. It switches between Legit, Semi-legit and Cheats, and starts on Cheats, so nothing is hidden until you choose. Anything above your mode is hidden and off, and comes back with its settings when you allow it again.
• Renamed: Spirit Bear is now F4/M4 Features, Livid Solver F5/M5 Features, F7/M7 QOL F7/M7 Features, Spirit Leap Overlay Spirit Leap Features, Nucleus QoL Nucleus Features, Scrollable Tooltips Tooltip Features and Etherwarp Customization Teleport Features.
• Merged: Arrow Fix, Arrow Hit Sound and Arrow Hitboxes are now one Bow Tweaks card.
• Moved: the Fire Freeze timer left Smart Tick Timer for the new F3/M3 Features.
• The managers (Alias, Carry, Crosshair, Keybinds, Sound) now sit in the General tab.

New modules

• Party Finder: Hypixel's party finder redrawn as cards with faces, classes, levels and notes. It has search, its own Search Settings and Create Party pages, and hides the "Creating instance" screen. Parties you can't join are dimmed, or hidden.
• Party Blacklist: players you won't play with, kicked on join with your reason. Manage it with /cryptic blacklist.
• Class Abilities: keys for your ultimate and class ability, and a Guided Sheep timer.
• Wither Dragons and Relics (M7): spawn timers and alerts, priority tracer and split, arrow-stack aim, kill stats, relic cauldron boxes and place times.
• F3/M3 Features: the Fire Freeze timer, now on its own HUD element, and each Guardian's health written large on it.
• Slayer Features: Voidgloom phase, hits, laser and health at the boss's feet, kill times for your boss and your clients', beacon and skull highlights, and a Fire Veil ring.
• Bazaar: order standing (top, matched, undercut, filled) in the menu and as a HUD, alerts and sounds, reopening cancelled orders, a daily limit counter and an escrow fix.
• Item Protection: protect an item or a whole item type, plus rules (starred, recombobulated, worth over X). It blocks dropping, selling, salvaging and trading them, with an override key.
• Mining: pickaxe ability timer and alert, Pickobulus overlay, ping-offset mining with a tick counter, and a break-reset fix.
• Fishing: hotspot rings in the perk's colour, bobber-in-hotspot display, found and gone messages, and hiding the hotspot particles.
• Chocolate Factory: cookie clicking, strays, Time Tower and best-upgrade buying, egg waypoints, and muting the eating sound.
• Item Outline: outlines your held item (Sharp, Glow, Smooth, Square), overlay effects from tint to an enchantment glint in your colour, sparkles and particles, dropped items too.
• Capes: OptiFine, LabyMod and MinecraftCapes capes on other players, and a custom cape from your own image.
• Hide Armor, Freelook, Freecam (Cheats) and Confirm Disconnect.
• Client Restrictions, HUD Editor and Credits cards in Settings.

Dungeons

• Dungeon Map: a new Share secrets through Odin switch (off by default). It shares room secret counts with teammates through Odin's relay, so Odin and Cryptic users see each other's. It sends your name and the lobby's server id to Odin's server.
• Room secret counter: no more overcount walking between rooms with the same total, the count only goes up, and a green check fills it.
• Secrets: Candycomb now counts as a secret item. Auto close chest can wait until you move.
• Duplicate class alert reads Party Finder joins, class changes and your own class pick, and stays quiet once the run starts.
• Spirit Leap Features: each corner can show what that teammate sees, behind your normal leap boxes.
• Better Chat: channel tabs, search, a right-click menu with copy, merged repeats, kept history, slide-in animation, a peek key, the current channel in the chat bar, and skipping command confirmations.
• Croesus Helper: a cleaner profit list beside the chest, and Kuudra runs.
• Device Solver: i4 with party message and title. Puzzle Solver: Quiz answers in party chat, and the architect's draft prompt is a Y/N notification.
• F7/M7 Features: crystal hitboxes, Goldor tracer after core, Necron 3x3 highlight. Smart Tick Timer: one boss line through Storm and Goldor.
• Render Optimizer: hide death puffs, break particles, tree bits, vignette, effect icons, empty tooltips, the boss bar and cheap coins.

Crystal Hollows (Nucleus Features)

• A new Crystal Hollows map drawn by Cryptic, with editable colours and an exact Nucleus.
• Structure scanner (Semi-legit): finds crystal places and structures from as far as the server sends chunks, with a list of what to look for.
• POI Waypoints with a list of what to show. NPC nametags (King Yolkar, Odawa, Corleone and others) mark their places exactly.
• Wishing Compass solver, a yaw and pitch HUD, and muting the chest open sound and the Metal Detector.
• The Metal Detector solver finds the Mines of Divan from the treasure readout itself, and corrects a wrong base.

Teleports and camera

• Smooth teleport reworked: it glides only after a teleport click and has its own etherwarp time. The camera never goes inside a block or through a low ceiling.
• Instant Transmission landings are predicted from where your body fits, so teleports into low spaces land on the floor instead of a block up.
• Block Overlay steps aside whenever the etherwarp overlay is showing.

Menu and HUD

• HUD editor: layers (All, Dungeon, Boss, General, Render, Showing now), right-click to open an element's settings, R to reset one and Shift+R to reset a layer, and pixel-snapped elements.
• Setting descriptions wrap onto two lines, and dropdowns step with the arrow keys.
• Notifications fall back to chat when Toasts is off, with clickable [Y] and [N] for questions.
• /cc works as a short form of /cryptic.

Smaller things

• Tooltip Features: NPC and Bazaar prices on items, and numbers in place of roman numerals.
• Lava to Water: can tint real water too.
• Carry Manager: a much better guess at whose Voidgloom is whose, an assign key, a counter HUD and Confirm boss.
• Party Features: friend request notifications. Accepting an invite while in a party leaves the old one first.
• Slot Binds: saved profiles, plus one that remembers your binds between sessions.
• Daily Rewards: the reminder fires once per Hypixel session and knows when you've already claimed.
• Icons no longer repeat between modules.

Credits and licence

• Cryptic is now under the Cryptic Non-Commercial Licence: use it, change it and share it, as long as you don't make money from it.
• All code that came from copyleft mods has been rewritten as Cryptic's own. The Credits page in Settings lists every project Cryptic was inspired by, and THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md ships the licences of the parts that still come from other projects.

Some features send commands or clicks for you, such as Auto GFS, Auto Requeue, aliases, keybinds and the Chocolate Factory helpers. Use Client Restrictions to hide what you don't want, and use the rest knowing that.
