HuskHomes 4.11 - Minecraft 26.1.2 & 26.2, MiniMessage migration, bug fixes

HuskHomes 4.11 adds support for Minecraft 26.1.2 & 26.2, migrates from MineDown to MiniMessage, and bug fixes.

• Added support for Minecraft 26.1.2 and 26.2
• Migrated locales from MineDown to MiniMessage
• Respawn position updates now run asynchronously
• Fixed checking world/server permission in RTP command
• Improves RTP safe location logic
• Block use of ALL target in teleport commands
• Fixed a version parsing issue with /huskhomes status on Paper
• Dropped support for Paper versions below 1.20.1
• Fix async teleport error on Folia, courtesy of @GinoK01 (#988)
• Fix teleport being incorrectly aborted when damage is cancelled by another plugin, courtesy of @Huge-mistake (#983)
• Reset fall distance on teleport to prevent mace attack exploit, courtesy of @yesidodo73 (#955)

To update, just drag+drop. A one-time migration to MiniMessage should automatically be applied to the locale file.
