This pull request aims to make the guide far simpler for the end user, by adding more images and splitting into sections, similar to how it's done on wii.hacks.guide, instead of just having one long guide for each platform.
Also removes the (in my opinion unnecessary) per-channel guides. Open to discussion on this.

Looks good at a glance, I've been wanting to remove a lot of these useless Pagés por a while.

Reviews out of the way, here's my take on it. While it isn't a bad idea to get rid of the other installation guides doing the same thing.
I personally think it would be best to have all of the troubleshooting and questions and add them to either the problem solving page or have it in the FAQ page.
So that way if people have a question about something, we have something to point to.

It is my understanding that the vast majority of the "troubleshooting and questions" sections are either woefully outdated, or are already in the main FAQ page. I'll have a look through now and add anything that is correct and not already there.
