Enemy spawns are now distance based. Like in the original (applies to 1v1 only) NEEDS TESTING

1.1 Accuracy Mod BETA
This mod aims to bring back most features and gameplay elements to make it as close to the DS game as possible.
CHANGELOG ACCURATE MVL 1.1 PUBLIC BETA:
1- Removed Mega Mushroom music from code, it doesn't play in the original, so why should it play here?
2- You can no longer take damage during powerup transition, but can still get knockback.
3- Removed BRICKS foreground
4- Removed blueshell knockback when in contact with thrown koopa shells.
5- Player lives are now represented by their character's face (not yet as accurate, but it is an early implementation)
6- New versioning number, the updater should now work properly from now on.
1.0 Accuracy Mod BETA
This mod aims to bring back most features and gameplay elements to make it as close to the DS game as possible.
CHANGELOG ACCURATE MVL FIRST PUBLIC BETA 1.0:
1- Pipe entry added (2 player max) note: they are currently lazily implemented but it is planned to change soon.
2- Throwing distance reduced to avoid placing objects inside wall and destroying it in the process (will be reverted when I find a better fix for this)
3- Added powerup/powerdown animations
4- Item priority made closer to the original (blue shell > fire flower)
5- Minimario groundpound drops 3 stars as it should
6- Added a slight damage delay for the roofs on FORTRESS
7- Made music on default levels to be alternating as it should and NOT random
8- STAR and MEGAMUSHROOM music only plays for the player using it AS IT SHOULD.
9- Reverted the change which made dropped stars to become transparent
10- Bob-ombs now explode correctly when in contact with roof (and does not damage player that way)

12- Fireball now has the same knockback effect as getting jumped on when you get shot in the air.
13- Removed player outlines and nametags when there are only 2 players
14- Fireball knockback distance reduced and lasts longer to make it more accurate (you can even combo now if you are quick enough)
15- Bob-omb explosion radius is reduced to make it more accurate.
16- Custom powerups are disabled by default (you can always enable them though)
17- Music now pauses when you die
