Replace wkdomains API in wikia.py

In wikia.py we used to call ?action=query&list=wkdomains&wkactive=1 on https://community.fandom.com/api.php to get a list of Wikia wikis, but now that API module does not seem to exist any more.

Is wkdomains still available on some other MediaWiki installation in the Wikia farm? Is there a replacement?

Code is still there https://github.com/Wikia/app/blob/75ee0d4413f4c0346cb67c91d5d281451d62d371/extensions/wikia/WikiaApi/WikiaApiQueryDomains.php and it was worked on in 2017 Wikia/app#12627 by @mszabo-wikia.

Hey, yeah, this API was removed during the 1.33 upgrade in 2020. We do not have a replacement at this point in time.
