HA Proxy Panel combines an ESP32 Bluetooth proxy, a 1.29 inch OLED status display, Home Assistant controls, and a Windows Manager for setup and maintenance.

The Manager is a standalone Windows app with ESPHome bundled. It can flash a new panel by USB, discover panels on the LAN, add them securely to Home Assistant, create protected ESPHome Device Builder projects, control the display, and install verified OTA updates.
