Release NeoOS 0.1.1, Nexus 1.1.0

Second release of both the NeoOS userland and Nexus Kernel.
Everything needed to test it is QEMU and the two attached binaries. Run help in the terminal to get a list of what you can do and play around with all functions of NeoOS!

To test make sure you have kernel.elf and disk.img, place them in the same directory and run:

qemu-system-i386 -kernel kernel.elf -hda disk.img

If the command is unavailable try:

qemu-system-x86_64 -kernel kernel.elf -hda disk.img

or:

qemu-system-x86 -kernel kernel.elf -hda disk.img
