Support and bug reports

Search the issue tracker before opening a new report. Include the Ultraglass version, deployment method, steps to reproduce, expected behaviour, observed behaviour, and relevant configuration with secrets removed.

On the Ultraglass host, run hyperglass support-bundle --output ultraglass-support-bundle.json and review the file before attaching it. The command creates the bundle locally and does not upload or submit anything automatically. It does not add a frontend endpoint for reading source-system information.

Never attach device passwords, private keys, tokens, raw device output, or unredacted internal addresses.
