This repair release fixes the public 5tratMux first-run failure in 5tratumOS v0.6.0.

  • Starts the signed Mux bootstrap after normal WebUI updates
  • Replaces the blank connection-refused pane with a branded recovery surface
  • Retries failed initial installations
  • Adds continuous API-health supervision and controlled service restart
  • Uses a rate-limited signed reinstall only if restart cannot restore health
  • Preserves settings, licence, trial, and application state

Validated through the real update worker and forced service failure on an isolated Proxmox clone.
