This release changes the default timer flow so sessions continue automatically.

Fixed

• Focus sessions now auto-start the next rest by default.
• Rest sessions now auto-start the next focus interval by default.
• The existing Settings toggles still control this behavior, so users can turn either auto-start option off.

This release fixes the launch hang reported in 1.0.1/1.0.2 and tightens menu bar behavior.

Fixed

• Replaced the SwiftUI menu bar extra with an AppKit status item to avoid launch-time update loops.
• The menu bar now shows the live countdown without freezing the app.
• The menu bar menu no longer offers a way to hide the app from both the Dock and menu bar at the same time.
• When the Dock icon is hidden, the menu bar item stays enabled so the app can always be reopened.
• "Open PomoBloom" from the menu bar can recreate the main window if it was closed.
