Patch release: the spinner re-pins its frame after every rotation tick.

A spinner was observed walking down and right during long multi-feed runs in Mission Control. Extensive live probing could not reproduce any frame movement at the object-model level, so the animation tick now snaps the frame back to the model whenever it deviates - any walk, whatever drives it in an interactive session, corrects within a single frame.

Demo workbooks attached. Windows x64 Microsoft 365 Excel, macros enabled. Requires ROneCOne 1.8.0 or later. Full detail in CHANGELOG.md.
