What This PR Is About

Completely control the app with your controller. No finger needed.
Even xserver menu pops up and is navigatable with a controller just hold down the "Xbox" button and watch the menu come to life.
Completely set your container up with a gamepad
New library feats for handheld with new shortcut buttons ie r3 add game l3 search. X enters hero. Ect.
