Fix Homebrew install: the cask now clears the Gatekeeper quarantine
attribute in a postflight step (Homebrew 5.0 removed the --no-quarantine
flag).
Scope the release token to a protected GitHub Environment.

First release of the Windemiatrix/kawa fork.
Fork: universal binary (arm64 + x86_64), built and released via GitHub Actions.
Fork: distribution through the windemiatrix/tap Homebrew tap (cask, ad-hoc signed).
Inherited from upstream master (unreleased since 1.1.0): always show the
status bar icon; remove CJK-specific input source logic; remove the
'Launch at startup' option; Swift 5, macOS deployment target 10.15;
internal refactorings and file reorganization.
