中英文 README 新增轮次预览、搜索和轨道状态图解。
所有功能图中的提问、回答、指标和搜索结果均为固定测试文案，不包含真实会话内容。
运行时与 DSH 0.1.0-rc.6 兼容契约未变。

Adds a branded landscape cover with the plugin name and positioning.
Adds bilingual visual tours for Turn preview, search, and rail states.
Every prompt, answer, metric, and search result shown in the feature illustrations is fixed test copy; no real conversation content is used.
Runtime behavior and the exact DSH 0.1.0-rc.6 compatibility contract are unchanged.
