Add counter dmg to total dmg reported in melee tab
/report now shows total damage/count/etc for stat

for instance, /report hit shows total number of hits you took, /report ja shows total damage of JAs including individual totals splitting out each JA (jump/high jump/spirit jump/soul jump). Also applies to WS
