Highlights

Discovery now has a tab per protocol, so a Modbus RTU archive reads as the list of messages it is — and a backend session started from the source picker finally shows its frames.

New

  • Discovery has a tab per protocol: CAN keeps the frames table, a Modbus RTU stream gets a Modbus tab listing every message as unit/function with the CRC set apart, and a mixed stream shows both
  • The Decoder decodes an archive's Modbus messages through an attached Modbus catalogue and lists them in its Modbus tab; unmodelled function codes show their body raw

Fixed

  • A WireTAP Backend session opened from the source picker shows its frames, and a streaming recorded session no longer refetches its page continuously
  • A joined session names itself in the Decoder's top bar instead of reading "No source"
  • macOS builds re-sign the executable inside WireTAP.app, so Local Network access works after the prompt
