Stable release of the reviewed dev.9 implementation, retaining MadelineProto 8.7.0, SQLite, the locked application dependencies, all five approved local patch sets and all 16 existing migrations. The PHP 8.4 image is pinned to security release 8.4.26; Composer stays 2.10.3.

Release preparation now lives in the repository: exact clean Git source, a pinned runtime/source inventory, 92 preferred-source supplements, two precisely verified upstream documentation symlinks, credential/path checks, deployment and corresponding-source ZIPs, a release manifest and SHA-256 checksums. CI also builds and checks the generated deployment ZIP without Git or a BUILD_COMMIT override.

The owner confirmed successful dev.9 live group lock/unlock, restoration of original permissions and restart on 2026-10-16. This does not claim a live holy-day cycle, Telegram load/soak acceptance, all clients, actual Stars payments or production migration. No production bot, group or data was changed during this release preparation.

Use shabbat-3.0.0.zip for deployment and retain its build-info.json. Docker installs the committed dependency lock. Verify SHA256SUMS before use. The corresponding-source ZIP is a source offer, not an installed vendor tree; its manifest defines the included runtime packages, patches, licenses and preferred-source inputs. External platform and optional development-tool sources are outside that offer.
