PPSSPP Switch core, linked into RetroArch
RetroArch for the Switch with the PPSSPP core from hrydgard/ppsspp#22153 (branch nx-core) statically linked in, so it can go straight onto hardware.
Built by https://github.com/WizzardSK/ppsspp-ci/actions/runs/33191307887 - core and RetroArch both compiled in libretro's own libnx container, reallibretroretroarch/libretro-build-libnx-devkitpro:v4-10-0, so they share one libnx and one set of portlibs.

This is a single-core build: PPSSPP is the only core in it. Drop it in alongside an existing RetroArch install so it picks up the assets.
