5.3.23 Release
Related to a fix from the last release, this release includes a fix where updating the health or willpower on actors was spamming "User lacks permission" errors to all non-owners of the actor that was updated. Also! Finally fixed rollable items not being rollable when dragging them into the Macro hotbar. Also also, updates to the Japanese translations. Finally, enabled removing the Predator Type/Resonance items from the sheets.
