v8.2.1
Cards stay honest: a catalog or ARD row that changes gets a new updatedAt, and an endpoint URL must be a whole http(s) URL. Patch — inherits The Ladder Edition. 2166 tests.
Fixed
- A catalog or ARD row that changes gets a new
updatedAt. 8.2.0 kept the first run's stamp on faf's rows so that a run changing nothing writes nothing, but it kept it even when a row'surlortypechanged (e.g.faf cards --a2a-url <new url>), so a reader that refreshes onupdatedAtmissed the change. A row that changes is now stamped with the time of the run; a row that doesn't keeps its stamp. - An endpoint URL must be a whole http(s) URL.
faf card initandbuildPackchecked only how a URL started, sohttps://ok.example.com/x ywas accepted and written into the cards. URLs are now parsed, need a host, and may not contain whitespace.
Changed
- Correction to 8.2.0's note on the catalog.
faf cardslists the Server Card in the AI Catalog when the.fafanames a remote MCP URL: the row points at<url>/server-card, where the MCP server serves it. It does not depend on whether this run writes the card. A Server Card built fromproject.fafhas no URL to list, so it gets no row.
Tests
- The guard "an A2A catalog row only when the
.fafanames an A2A door" now has its own test; removing the guard fails it by name. - The
faf card initregistry-step test fails by name when card init exits, instead of ending the test run.
