Smithing Table Bug

What happened?

In the latest officially released version, 4.19.1.0, custom smithing table recipes do not work correctly.

How can the bug be reproduced?

Create a custom smithing table recipe with a Chainmail Helmet in the center slot, an Iron Block in the right slot, and an Iron Helmet as the result item.

When right-clicking the smithing table, the Chainmail Helmet is correctly placed into the center slot, but the Iron Block is not placed into the right slot.

Additionally, no smithing table-related recipe files are generated or saved in the data folder.

Expected Behaviour?

The iron block should be inserted correctly, the iron helmet should appear in the result slot, and the smithing table-related files should be saved in the data folder.
