sort: asc/desc to reorder rows by coolest/warmest value on top
outdoor_entity: shows an open-window icon on rows warmer than the configured outdoor sensor
trend (+ trend_threshold): rising/falling/steady arrow comparing each entity's current value to its value 15 minutes ago

All changes are backward compatible — existing configs keep working unchanged.
