It's my understanding that this PR fixes an a11y bug which could making navigating using a keyboard difficult. For that reason it would seem to me that this should be included in WP 6.5 during RC3. Do you concur @fabiankaegy @annezazu? |

I should have been clearer about this. It's a true focus trap. A keyboard user would have to reload the page to get out of this popover. I'd strongly suggest getting it into RC3. |
