What?
This PR experiments with introducing a basic entity management interface.
This is just a PoC, not intended to be landed.
Why?
To allow managing post types and taxonomies through the UI.
How?
It currently stores the modified entities in an option.
It allows you to manage existing entities (coming from core or plugins) and create new ones.
It's very opinionated, and suggests a few debatable things - like changing existing entities could break a bunch of things.
Testing Instructions
Go to Settings > Entities and start playing with the existing post types and taxonomies, or create new ones.
