Circling back to note that I hadn't updated earlier because I decided to go back to the the previous wording that "all issues should have one or more labels" instead of "each issue should have a focus area and type label" and didn't push through the other changes before when I should have. Fixing it now! |

Whoops. Trying to rebase an old branch with so many changes to the project inbetween and also after the file changed locations is hard. 🤨 I am going to close this and submit a whole new PR. |
