MCP Adapter 0.6.2: Security release

MCP Adapter 0.6.2 is a security release for the 0.6.x series. It backports safeguards against excessive session storage while retaining the 0.6.x API and dependency requirements.

We recommend updating installations and bundled dependencies on the 0.6.x series to 0.6.2.

This maintenance release is intended for Composer consumers. It will be distributed through GitHub and Composer and will not be deployed to WordPress.org.
