Add an option of loaging animation when loading pages on View Transitions plugin

Feature Description

My site is pretty quick, but others have more difficult time to load faster, and having a loading animation as a transition helps user to lower the anxiety.

I have used it before, and i really liked

Maybe a simple approach can be using the logo or favicon of the site, and be able to set the background color.
Additionally could be the option of loading a GIF or APNG

This could be an alternative to animated transition,, more like fade transition, could be a loading transition.

Unfortunately, a loading animation is prone to hurt performance by degrading the Largest Contentful Paint metric.
