The current lint-js workflow doesn’t exclude .min files. See https://github.com/WordPress/performance/actions/runs/24816007723/job/72630431841?pr=2461 where it reports 251 errors, 1 warning from the built plugin assets.

I can reproduce the same locally since we always build the plugin before running lint checks. We should update the lint-js command to exclude .min files from linting.
