[Task] Replace references to 10up's repo with WordPress' repo ones (and other post-merge tasks)

Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe.

We are working on https://github.com/10up temporarily but eventually the code will be moved to https://github.com/wordpress/plugin-check, this means we will need to update that reference in the WP.org plugin repository description and details.

There are probably more items but these three come to mind.

• Update the “Contribute” link
• Update "Where can I contribute to the plugin?" details in the FAQ
• Update the list of contributors (after confirming that they want to be listed publicly)
• Update the Sticky Support thread.

@mrfoxtalbot How do you envision listing individual contributors on the plugin? Would we list all contributors? Or would we list only contributors with a certain minimum number of contributions? Alternatively, we could only provide the wordpressdotorg account as "contributors", i.e. not list any specific individual contributors.

I'm curious to hear your thoughts.

Given how many people have been involved with this plugin how central it is to the project, I think it makes sense to credit wordpressdotorg as the author, @felixarntz.

What do you think, @bordoni, @frantorres, @Pacomarchante?

Thanks both! I have opened a PR in #317 addressing this, except for updating the "Contribute" link, which needs to be done at https://wordpress.org/plugins/plugin-check/advanced/. I don't have access to do so, does anyone of you?
