AHAP_Manager v1

First version of AHAP_Manager !
Was call 'Transitions_Setup' before, but i change name considering i will maybe do some other kind of tool for the AHAP Editor
Big change : Overview
(Still make import in safe folder, but anyway, you should see what you are importing normally ^^)
