Implemented basic chat history

  • Loads new chat bucket on scrolling up
  • Messages indexed by "bucket" (incremented every 100 messages) and by chat ID
  • Global messages preserve state of user at time of message being sent, but don't have history (no plans to ever implement this)
  • Chat messages don't preserve user state but history is enabled

Windows exe and portable zip attached
