Pharos v1.0.0

Search, install, and remove MCP servers. Auto-configure clients.

Install the linux/amd64 or linux/arm64 binary, or:

go install github.com/Wpnx330/pharos-cli@v1.0.0

Windows amd64 is included. It has not been E2E-tested on this release.

Do not apt-install python-is-python3. Spawn resolves python → python3 when needed.
