Linux GPU runtime 0.1.1 — Vast CUDA template

Fixed Vast CUDA 12.8.1 base + versioned runtime archive.

Runtime built from 3baf120. Contains application, locked Python venv, models, fonts and licenses; no CUDA/OS layers. Template and bootstrap are checksum pinned. Per-node identity is never included.

Concurrency: 2 compute pages, 8 in flight, 6 downloads, 6 deliveries. Requires Ubuntu 24.04 x86_64, Python 3.12, CUDA 12.8/cuDNN 9, NVIDIA Vulkan drivers. See services/compute-node/linux/README.md in this tag for installation and recovery.

Offline tests and asset verification pass; new-instance GPU validation must be checked separately.

Template correction

Use vast-template-r2.json (not the original vast-template.json). The Vast UI truncates tag-plus-digest references; r2 uses a pure repository@sha256:digest reference. Runtime and bootstrap hashes are unchanged. Template name: Node Comics GPU 0.1.1 - Runtime. A full anonymous download from Vast has passed SHA-256 verification. Fresh disposable-container installation and restart/identity checks passed; GPU startup on a new Vast instance remains unverified.
