Allin — flat view of all papers in a collection hierarchy

• Allin/ now aggregates all papers from the current collection and every descendant, not just direct items
• Created whenever a collection has subcollections (even if the parent has no direct papers)

Collection tree refresh

• Added Refresh button in preferences to reload the collection tree after reorganizing collections in Zotero

Export root rebase

• When changing the export root path, ZoFiles now offers to update the index automatically — no full rebuild needed after moving the directory
