Hypershell Multiplexed SFTP Collection

⚡ Improvements

  • SFTP source collection: Preserve the single reusable SSH/SFTP connection introduced in x1pher.2 while allowing concurrent directory and file operations to multiplex over that one connection.
  • SFTP throughput: Requested file concurrency now controls SFTP operations rather than SSH handshake count, avoiding handshake storms without serializing every file.

🧪 Tests

  • SFTP adapter: Added regression coverage proving parallel downloads overlap while connect() is still called exactly once.
