The Disconnect button did nothing, and had done since v1.3.0. That
release made the handler a coroutine without marking it as a Qt slot, so
clicking built a coroutine object and discarded it -- no request, no dialog,
no error, not even a log line. Nothing on screen distinguishes a slot that
silently never ran from one that ran and had nothing to do, which is how it
survived four minor releases. An audit of every signal connection in the
client found this was the only one, and that audit is now a test.

The equipment details read as a table. The grid gave neither column a
stretch, so Qt split the spare width evenly and every value began at the
halfway mark, a hand's width from the caption naming it. The captions now
take their natural width and the values sit beside them.
