xchain-contracts v0.15.0, part of the XChain Platform v0.15.0 train.

Two fixes close real fund-locking paths: dutchAuction's buy() now reverts once the decayed asking price would floor below one unit of the bid token's smallest denomination, and priceBetTimed's accept() now refuses a match when there is no readable oracle tip, closing a path that could lock both stakes permanently. Several past release notes and README claims are corrected to match the code: an English auction leader's self-raise still reverts, englishAuction was missing from an earlier deployer-integer validation note, a BATCH(DEPOSIT, EXECUTE) is not atomic across a reverted EXECUTE, and amm's README now documents that a reverted swap() can leave a stranded deposit credited to the next trader.
