xchain-contracts v0.17.0, part of the XChain Platform v0.17.0 train.

Every template exports a meta block (name, description, version) as its first key, which
the chain requires at deploy above the CONTRACT_META_REQUIRED flag day and which wallets
and explorers show beside the contract address. The policy generator emits a meta block
on every generated guard, defaulted from the policy config and overridable field by field.
The onDelivery and onPrice callback abis declare the indexer's four-slot attestation
preamble.
